University Heights council approves plan to demolish former Boston Market building at Cedar Center, south of Whole Foods
University Heights City Council, in a narrow 4-3 vote, approved a plan to demolish the former Boston Market Building at the rear of Cedar Center South's Whole Foods Market. The site of the demolished building will be used to create a pocket park and a 16-space parking lot.

UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio — In a tight, 4-3 vote, City Council voted to allow to proceed the demolition of the former Boston Market building at 2184 Warrensville Center Road, just south of the Cedar Center South Whole Foods Market store. Cedar Center owners will replace the building with a pocket park creating a spot for outdoor eating and an additional 16 parking spaces.
