United Way of East TN Highlands collecting books for Betsy Book Bus

By Brittnee Bryant Star Correspondent The United Way of East TN Highlands is collecting books in Elizabethton this month for the Betsy Book Bus. Pre-K through eighth-grade books can be donated at The Coffee Company in downtown Elizabethton and Carter County Bank’s Broad Street branch. New and gently used books are welcome.
