Evidence obtained during the Lava Jato operation can continue to be used by British authorities fighting financial fraud, according to the recent decision of the British Justice. The determination goes in the opposite direction to a decision of the Minister of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) Dias Toffoli, who had declared null and void the sharing of evidence with the British agency Office of Serious Fraud (SFO).
