Union on increased working hours: "Not in agreement by a long shot"

The reorganization in Falköping has stirred up emotions among the staff. "Here is an example of an employer pushing through a change regardless of what we think," says Mats Svensson, ombudsman at the Swedish Healthcare Association. Operations manager Anetthe Jovanovic says they have tried to involve the employees.
