KINGSTON, N.Y. — For more than three centuries, the Ulster County Clerk’s office has amassed a whole lot of hard copy. “For the last 343 years, the Clerk’s Office has been busy collecting a considerable amount of paper,” said the current holder of the clerk position, Taylor Bruck.
