TBILISI – Ukrainian authorities are artificially creating obstacles to the return of their citizens deported from the Russian Federation, who are currently in the basement of the Georgian Kazbegi customs checkpoint, said Georgian Deputy Interior Minister Alexander Darakhvelidze.
