Ukraine's military struck two Russian plants producing and repairing military transport and cargo planes in the Ulyanovsk and Novgorod regions, the Ukrainian General Staff said on Wednesday.
Units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked the facilities of the 123rd aircraft repair plant in the city of Stara Russa (Novgorod region of the Russian Federation), where the repair and modernization of military transport aviation is carried out.
