Ukraine hits Russian ballistic missiles producer in Udmurtia, Kyiv says
Ukraine used FP-5 Flamingo cruise missiles to hit the Votkinsk plant producing Iskander and intercontinental ballistic missiles, wounding 11 people, officials said.
