Ukraine cannot launch a counter-offensive without more weapons: Zelensky
In an interview with a Japanese newspaper, Yomiuri Shimbun Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Kyiv cannot start a counter-offensive against Moscow until Western allies send more military support.
