Police are searching for a driver who crashed a large moving truck into the side of a townhouse in Orange County before fleeing the scene with his dog early Tuesday morning. Police are investigating after a driver of a large U-Haul truck crashed into a townhome in Orange.

U-Haul truck crashes into apartment complex in Orange

A U-Haul truck crashed through an apartment complex in the city of Orange early Tuesday.  The crash happened at Lincoln and Palm avenues at around 2:30 a.m. It appears the truck drove onto the sidewalk, crashed through some trees and then landed in someone’s living room.  Video showed the front end of the truck inside a living room with debris around the area. No injuries have been reported. It was not clear what led to the crash.

Early this morning, at 2:33 a.m., a U-Haul moving truck crashed into a townhouse in the area of E. Lincoln Avenue and N. Palm Avenue, according to the Orange Police Department. A video shows the front of the truck inside a room with debris around it. No injuries were reported. The cause of the accident is unknown.
