A local train bound for Tokyo's Shibuya collided with an out-of-service train on Sunday night, causing the latter to partially derail and creating long delays for morning rush hour commuters, according to Tokyu Railways.
A little after 11:50 pm on the 5th, Tokyu Corporation called 110 to report that "two trains had collided" near Kajigaya Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line in Takatsu Ward, Kawasaki City. According to the Kanagawa Prefectural Police Takatsu Station, no one was injured and trains were being delayed. The prefectural police are currently investigating the details of the incident.
