Two suspects in 2022 double homicide plead not guilty; bodies discovered on Phantom Canyon Road

Not-guilty pleas were entered Thursday by two of the three co-defendants indicted in a 2022 double homicide case. Anthony Fogle, 47, Suzzete Salyer, 43, and Toni Gurule, 44, were indicted on April 30, 2024, by a Grand Jury on two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of first-degree kidnapping, each a Class 1 felony.
