Two Hydro-Québec unions voted massively in favour of means of pressure up to the unlimited general strike, namely the Syndicat des technologiques d'Hydro-Québec (SCFP 957) and the Syndicat des employés-es de métiers d'Hydro-Québec (SCFP 1500). The members of these two unions voted respectively at 98.9% and 99.3% in favour of the same strike mandate.
