Two men were shot in the early morning hours of this Wednesday in front of a banking institution located in the Gran Caribe Mall, in Vega Alta. According to the police, while the plaintiffs were inside a Honda Accord gold vehicle and were preparing to withdraw money, several individuals approached them, who shot them.
