Monday, Oct. 27 5:45 p.m., Caller reported a young person was hanging on the hood of a vehicle being driven near the corner of Union Street and Minnesota Avenue, Detroit Lakes. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle. 11:07 a.m., SWAT was called out to a residence along 129th Avenue in Park Rapids.
