Two former IU women’s basketball stars waived ahead of start of WNBA season

The 2025 WNBA season appears likely to be void of former IU women’s basketball stars. Legendary former Hoosiers Grace Berger and Mackenzie Holmes have both been waived this week ahead of the start of the season. Berger was waived by the Minnesota Lynx on Wednesday.  The Lynx claimed her off waivers in February after the Indiana Fever had let her go.
