On the night of the third December, Russian troops hit the town of Ternovka in the Pavlograd district with drones, reported to the Acting Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Vladislav Gaywanenko, who said that the attack had killed 43 and 50-year-old men and injured three others, two of them (65-year-old man and woman) in serious condition.
