The Ukrainian capital of Kiev was hit by a Russian missile attack early Thursday morning, killing two people and wounding six, according to the city's mayor, Vitaliy Klitschko. Witnesses reported hearing several explosions shortly after 1 a.m. local time (midnight Central European Time).
