LIVINGSTON — Two burglary suspects were arrested by the Livingston Parish Sheriff's Office on Monday following an investigation into several vehicle burglaries. According to Sheriff Jason Ard, James Cassidy and Shaun McKinney were arrested as suspects in connection with the alleged thefts, which occurred throughout August and September on the east side of the parish.
