Two men were taken into custody after a disturbance at Manhattan Town Center Friday afternoon. Riley County Police say 35-year-old Daniel Charley, of Manhattan and 22-year-old Elias Chase-Wallace, of Kansas City, Missouri are facing numerous charges after officers filed a report for criminal damage to property, interference with a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct.
