PARKER, S.D. — A recount is moving forward in Turner County after Election Day results were split by just three votes in the race for sheriff. Turner County Misty Dahl told Sioux Falls Live on Monday, June 8, that a recount will take place June 15 at the request of Robert Kirvin.
