Tunisia: 20 000 hectares of irrigation project thanks to treated wastewater

The Ministry of Agriculture, in partnership with the World Bank, is preparing a programme to irrigate 20,000 hectares using treated wastewater, in collaboration with the Ministry of the Environment. In a workshop on water security, Secretary of State Hamadi El Habib presented a national strategy for the management of water resources.
