Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSMC), one of the world’s largest manufacturers of microchips and supplier of Apple and Nvidia, warned of the risks of escalation of tensions due to tariffs and other restrictions imposed by the United States and the potential response of affected countries, including China, as well as of the difficulties in ensuring strict compliance with the export limitations implemented by the United States.
