Trying to get temp data - Takeout says 'We couldn't create a copy of your Google data'

I can't find a good place to get support for this, so feel free to direct me elsewhere.I want to get temperature trend data for my Nest temperature sensor (not my Nest learning thermostat - just the separate battery powered temp sensor). Google search / Gemini point me to Google Takeout for this.
