UPDATE The U.S. Senate voted 53-45 on Olivia Trusty’s nomination for a full five-year term as an FCC commissioner on Wednesday afternoon. The vote was identical to the vote Tuesday evening for Trusty to fill the remaining days on former Chair Jessica Rosenworcel’s term ending June 30.
