Nathan Tuck told News 6 he got a call from his attorney around 11 p.m. on Monday that President Donald Trump pardoned him and others for charges stemming from the attack on the US Capitol.

Some lres of extremist groups who attacked the Capitol in 2021 were released after Donald Trump's presidential pardon.

Within hours of his inauguration, he had already granted presidential pardons to almost everyone convicted of the Capitol siege. During the signing, he also talked about Ukraine, Gaza, tariffs, the TikTok ban, and real estate development opportunities in North Korea.

The action paves the way for the release from prison of people found guilty of attacking police and extreme right-wing leaders convicted of failed plots to keep Trump in power after he lost the 2020 elections.
