- The confrontation turned physical over "patriotic-colored" sweatpants, which displayed the words "Trump" and "ICE". Tracey allegedly struck one of the minor girls once in the body and once across the face with an open hand.
- Tracey faces multiple state-level charges, including child endangerment, simple assault, harassment, and obstruction. Following her arrest by local police, she was transferred to the Delaney Hall immigration detention facility in Newark.
- ICE detained Tracey because she is in the U.S. illegally, with federal authorities confirming that she entered the country on a tourist passport in April 2024 but overstayed her visa's expiration date in September 2024.
