A pedestrian was seriously injured on Wednesday morning after a truck hit him at kilometer 10.9 of PR-30 express, in the direction of Caguas to Humacao, jurisdiction of Gurabo. According to the police, the driver of the truck lost control and impacted heavy equipment that were on the ride doing work.
