Trouble over toilets at Neuss primary school: "Children regularly get into their pants

The toilets at a Neuss primary school are so bad that many children don't want to use them anymore. However, the washrooms in need of renovation are not the only shortage – the CDU therefore now demands a complete new building of the school.
