Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Thursday said the female labour force participation rate in the state increased from 37.5 per cent in 2022 to 45.9 per cent in 2025, attributing the rise to initiatives aimed at strengthening self-help groups, entrepreneurship and skill development among women.
