A Greenock woman threatened to carry out a petrol bomb attack on police after allegedly assaulting a woman by spitting on her, a court has heard.

Gabriel Acuna, 43, has an upcoming plea hearing on July 9, following an incident when Las Animas County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to what they called “a fight in progress” on W Indiana Ave., in Trinidad back on Tuesday, June 17, which resulted in a slight bout between authorities and the suspect, who they reported had spit at them and slammed his own head into a brick house.
