Shimla, Aug 18 (PTI) Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri on Monday expressed grief over the death of Army Special Forces Commando Vikas Bhandari who recently died due to an illness.
