Tree falls onto house in Upper Providence

Nobody was injured when a large tree fell on a home in early Thursday in Upper Providence. A large tree split near the base about 1:30 a.m. and fell into the rear of the 2½-story home in the 600 block of West Baltimore Pike. The home is built into the hill which may have lessened the impact.
