Traysar Raises $25M Seed, Emerges from Stealth at Reindustrialize as the World's First Subterranean Defense Tech Company
Traysar says its platform can detect underground military facilities, as the U.S. Army estimates more than 10,000 are hidden worldwide.
On June 16, 2026, Texas-based Traysar publicly launched as the world's first subterranean defense technology company, aiming to eliminate underground threats for the United States and its allies.
The U.S. Army estimates more than 10,000 known military facilities are hidden underground worldwide, as adversaries increasingly use tunnels to shield missiles, secure manufacturing, and preserve logistical continuity.
Co-Founded by Yadin Soffer, Asher Katz, and Gilad Adin, Traysar is backed by Silent Ventures, Lux Capital, Ora Global, and strategic angel investors leading the $25 million seed round.
Soffer stated the company aims to develop autonomous platforms for subterranean operations, countering threats previously considered unreachable by allied forces and providing new strike capabilities underground.
Traysar transforms autonomous systems to penetrate, map, and secure contested underground domains, addressing a critical capability gap in modern U.S. military defense strategy.
