The attorney general, Tarek William Saab, reported on Saturday that the doctor identified as Rafael Flores, who was in charge of amputating by mistake the leg of a 83-year-old granny in the Barinas state a few weeks ago, was deprived of liberty, done by which there are already four detainees. In his Instagram account, Saab specified that this person was also charged with the crime of "very serious injuries" after the negligent trial.
