Transport Canada recalls more than 60,000 Hyundai and Toyota vehicles over safety concerns

The recalls are related to potential issues with air bags and rear doors opening “unexpectedly while driving,” says the agency.

Transport Canada has issued a recall for the Prius and Prius Prime from the 2023 to 2026 model years inclusive, as these cars could find themselves with a set of rear doors which may unlock unexpectedly, and could thus open by surprise.
