From Trenes Argentinos they have assured that the problem is related to a work in charge of the porteño government. The affected sector is between the stations Hipólito Yrigoyen (Barracas) and Darío Santillan and Maximiliano Kosteki (Avellaneda).
The Roca line operated since the afternoon of this Wednesday with numerous cancellations and important delays in its electrical branches. The cause of the damage was a sink in the embankment between Avellaneda and Yrigoyen caused by the work of the new crossing under tracks of the Camino de Sirga. Operators work in place to restore the normality of the circulation.
The displacement of one of the tracks between the station Yrigoyen and Avellaneda, in the work of the low-level passage being done by the City Government, caused the whole problem. Read more
