With more than 300 recruitments on its own site in Bordeaux-Mérignac every year on average, Thales wants to create a culture of flight safety for new entrants as soon as they take up their positions. To do this, but also to reinforce the notion of individual and collective responsibility, the French group has just inaugurated its Flight Safety Center.
