New information after the drama in the Lower Silesian Skala. On December 30, a man shot a neighbor with a black powder gun, killed his uncle and committed suicide. The probable cause of his action was mental disorders - said the press spokeswoman of the District Prosecutor's Office in Legnica Liliana Łukasiewicz.
