Traffic stop leads to two arrests - The Oxford Eagle

Deputies with the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on March 4 on Highway 6 West on a vehicle traveling at night without its headlights. Deputies searched the vehicle due to the odor of marijuana emitting from inside the vehicle. During the search, deputies located a handgun in the vehicle.
