SALISBURY, Md. — The City of Salisbury will begin upgrades to the traffic signals at the intersections of E. Main Street/Snow Hill Road and E. Main Street/Ward Street starting Monday, July 28th through Friday, August 1st, between 7 am and 4 pm daily, weather permitting.
