Rotterdam - The Rotterdam board of mayor and aldermen has definitively adopted the Traffic Circulation Plan (VCP). This plan will implement 25 measures in the coming years that will ensure a safer, healthier and more accessible Rotterdam. The VCP creates space for pedestrians, cyclists and greenery, improves the flow of traffic and reduces the pressure on residential areas.
