A survey by Okinawa Cellular Telephone (Naha City, President Yasuaki Miyakura) found that between 10 a.m. and noon on the 23rd, the day of the Summer Koshien final, pedestrian traffic at major intersections in Okinawa Prefecture was down by up to 40.4% compared to the previous Saturday and the week before.
