Santa Cruz County District Attorney’s Office assists in $5.1 million Tractor Supply settlement

The complaint, filed in Sonoma County and representing the District Attorney’s Offices of Sonoma, Santa Cruz, San Diego, Sacramento and San Bernardino counties, alleged violation of California’s price accuracy laws, pesticide regulations and greenwashing laws, according to a press release from the Santa Cruz County District Attorney’s Office.
