Township in Columbiana County opens new emergency center to improve services

HANOVER TWP., Ohio (WKBN) - Hanover Township introduced its new emergency center to residents and city leaders. On Saturday, township trustees hosted a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the completion of the project, which cost $2.5 million.
