TOWNSEND — Memorial Day will be observed in Townsend on Sunday, May 25. Members of Townsend VFW Post No. 6538 and its Auxiliary, American Legion Post No.199 and its Auxiliary, and DAV Chapter 122 will attend the 9 a.m. Mass at St. John’s Church in Townsend as a body.
