A large development that will bring 1,240 residential units to the old Apple Factory site in Brampton is nearing the final stages of approval. The plan for the site at Bovaird Drive and Mississauga Road calls for four high-rise buildings ranging from 10 to 35 storeys and 72 townhomes.
