Just over 30 athletes from the La Crosse area are headed to this weekend’s Special Olympics Wisconsin Summer Games at UW-Whitewater. To mark the occasion, some of the athletes were joined by local officers this morning for the Law Enforcement Torch Run on the north side of La Crosse.
