Tobago Carnival Policy To Be Developed
A policy to guide the execution of the National Carnival and October Carnival productions in Tobago is to be developed. On Thursday, officials of the Division of Tourism and the Tobago Festivals Commission hosted a consultation with Tobago’s cultural practitioners to address and iron out issues relative to the two festivals.
