To the editor: Blade editorial on U.S. 23 put rubber on road

Ironically on the 23rd, the Sunday Feb. 23 editorial, “U.S. 23 bypass more essential than ever,” accurately and objectively detailed exactly why the bypass is really essential. As the first sentence states, “Toledo has long sought a direct route to Columbus — like every other major city in Ohio — and the highly ballyhooed study of fixing U.S. 23 congestion in Delaware County released last week should have offered a solution.”
